Winter Spiced Fruit Pot
Method
This recipes is great enjoyed when the fruit is warm (it’s like crumble for breakfast!) but if you want to prep in advance you can make it the night before and put it in the fridge overnight.
Defrost the frozen cherries (on the hob, in the microwave or by leaving them out for a few hours) and add 1 apple grated plus the spices.
Mix well and then top with the yogurt, seeds, almonds, extra cinnamon and maple syrup if using, in that order.
